Tasked with creating an anti-smoking awareness campaign for Qatar’s Supreme Council of Health, our team at Masar Design Agency developed a powerful visual concept that exposes the wider consequences of tobacco use. Built around the central message “Smoking Kills,” the campaign illustrates how every cigarette can destroy something valuable: the environment, a person’s future, and the wellbeing of the wider community. A cigarette was portrayed as a fired bullet, dramatically striking symbols of life, education, family, and hope to communicate the dangers of smoking with immediate emotional impact. Through bold art direction, striking contrasts, and concise messaging, the campaign was adapted across billboards, street displays, and public-transport advertising to reach audiences throughout Qatar. Every element was carefully crafted to capture attention, encourage reflection, and inspire individuals to protect their health and the lives of those around them by choosing a smoke-free future.
